What do we have to offer?

We offer you various types of luxury apartments, in apartment complex Xperia Alanya Park Residence, with a balcony with patio furniture and seaview.
All apartments have an air-conditioned living room with satellite Smart television (receiving  English, Dutch, German, Russian and Scandinavian channels, including many sports and film channels) and free WiFi.
A bedroom with ceiling fan and wardrobe.
A kitchen with refrigerator, electric hob, laundry machine, electric kettle and coffee maker (filter).
A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Some apartments have an oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining table.

On arrival everything is arranged for you.
The beds are made up and clean towels & bedlinen are waiting for you.
We offer you a bottle of water, fruit, coffee, tea and some cool drinks.
Toilet paper and hand soap are available for the first few days.
 

Enviroment
The apartment complex is located in the quiet district of Cikcilli. And yet not far from the bustling entertainment centre of Alanya.
In the immediate area you will find many supermarkets, a Saturday market where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit, baker, pharmacist and a few restaurants.
 

Sofa bed or rather a folding bed?
Some apartments features a sofa bed.
If you prefer to use a folding bed (length 200 cm), you can indicate this on your reservation form.
The folding bed (if available) will then be placed in the bedroom.
