How do I make a reservation?
You can easily make a reservation online. You enter the desired period (minimum 10 nights) and number of guests, which will bring up the list of available apartments.
By clicking on the desired accommodation, you get an overview of all the room facilities, a reservation overview and the total costs.
Clicking on the ″BOOK NOW″ link, it will take you to the reservation section. Here you fill in the data and any desired services.
Clicking on the ″CONFIRM RESERVATION″ link, and your reservation will be processed.


A confirmation by e-mail
Your reservation request will be received by us and will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
We check the data and process your reservation in our administration.
We will send you a conformation of your reservation by e-mail as soon as possible with all information, inclusing cost overview and payment details.
Your reservation has now been approved.


Payment
Within 14 days of receipt of your booking confirmation, you must pay a down payment of approximately 15% of the total amount.
4 to 8 weeks before arrival date, you must pay a down payment of approximately 30% of the total amount within 3 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
2 to 4 weeks before arrival date, you must pay a down payment of approximately 50% of the total amount within 3 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
Within 2 weeks before arrival date, you must pay the full amount within 3 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
Payment dates, exact amounts and the required bank details are stated on the booking confirmation.


Identity data
You have to provide Xperia Holidays your full address and passport- / identity card number, no later than on arrival at the accommodation at the time of key delivery.


Extra cost
There are no additional costs. The price always includes energy costs, WIFI, bed linen, towels and final cleaning costs.


Cancellation
The client can request Xperia Holidays by email to cancel the reservation agreement.
Upon receipt of the cancellation request, Xperia Holidays will confirm the cancellation to the client, making the cancellation final and the accommodation will be released for rental.
There are costs associated with canceling the reservation agreement. The client is obliged to pay the following reservation costs after cancellation of the reservation agreement:

In case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the start of the reserved period, there are no costs involved.
In case of cancellation from 8 to 12 weeks before the start of the reserved period, an amount of approximately 15% of the total costs will be charged.
In case of cancellation from 4 to 8 weeks before the start of the reserved period, an amount of approximately 30% of the total costs will be charged.
in case of cancellation from 2 to 4 weeks before the start of the reserved period, an amount of approximately 50% of the total costs will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the reserved period, the full agreed amount will be charged.
