►Age restrictions
The minimum age to check in is 18.

►Pets
Pets are not allowed.
 

►Events
Parties and events are not allowed.
 

►Quiet hours
We kindly ask you not to make too much noise between 23:00 en 08:00 due to other guests and residents.

►Smoking
Smoking is permitted in the apartment.
But we kindly ask you not to smoke in the bedroom.

►General area:
The apartment complex has a common room on the ground floor.
This space is freely accessible to all residence of the building.
Here you can find an outdoor pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, sauna, showers, toilet and fitnessroom.
The room must be left clean after use.
 

►Pool: 
We kindly ask you after using the pool, not to enter the building or elevator wet. 
This to prevent accidents. The floor can become very slippery.
