To comply with Turkish legislation, we ask you for your identification type and identification number. We will then pass this information on to the Turkish government and we will not use it for any other purpose.
We process the information that you have entered or provided in any other way. By making an inquiry or by making a reservation, you will automatically be included in our address file. We use your data to communicate the status of your reservation and payment, to make the reservation for you, to send you the necessary information about your stay and to send you service messages. Xperia Holidays processes the mentioned personal data of you to realize your request or reservation, so these are necessary for the performance of the agreement between you and Xperia Holidays. We store the personal data that we process in connection with your request or reservation for a maximum of 7 years and that is in accordance with legal retention periods.
 

2.2. Answering your questions or complaints and service mails
You can email us questions regarding your reservation, request or other comments or complaints. In that case, we use your personal data to deal with your questions, to be able to contact you again and to take other necessary action in connection with your complaint or request. We record the moments at which we have contacted you, the reason for the contact and the relevant content of what has been discussed or the emails that have been exchanged.
If you are not already included in our address file, customer service can record your question and contact detail so that customer service can better serve you and to handle any future requests or reservations more efficiently. These data are necessary to perform the contract with you or they are in the legitimate interest of Xperia Holidays to provide you with an even better service. The data that customer service stores about you is stored for 7 years.
 

2.3. Information about your visit to and use of the Xperia Holidays website

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the mentioned purposes or to comply with legal (retantion) obligations. This privacy statement includes the various retention periods used by Xperia Holidays. After the end of the retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal data. You will of course no longer receive information from Xperia Hoidays about new accommodations or other interesting mailings.
 

6. Third parties
We will only share your personal data with third parties when necessary:

* To settle your payment for the rented accommodation and other costs.

Most of these third parties are processors and only use your personal data for the benefit of Xperia Holidays. Xperia Holidays only provides personal data to parties that guarantee that they have taken the necessary measures to adequately protect the data.
